A school that will accept Concorde or Kaplan LVN credits in CA?

I am hoping to do a bridge form LVN to RN. Has anyone who attended either concorde or call an been accepted into a college that accepted credits from either school. I have taken my sciences some other prerequisites at a college about 5 years ago but I am hoping to start a bridge in summer 2015 and they will be going on 7 yrs. Anyone knows of a school in CA that might still accept them. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would ask in the California Board .. I just started the LVN on Monday at a different school .. for know all I know is that West Coast will would be my best bet so I can be get my BSN

LVN-RN Bridge programs use your LVN license not LVN class credits. To bridge you must complete your prerequisites. I would check with the college you took the sciences at, because sometimes they don't expire there. That is RCC 's policy. You should pick a school or two find out what you need to take. Good luck.
