I am currently in VDAP, can I apply to a msn program WHILE being monitored??? I am doing quite well in the VDAP program.

I don't know...perhaps check with the school that you want to apply to? They are probably the best ones to answer that question.

If you fear repercussions from the school because of just asking, you could always get a Yahoo/Google mail account and use that to ask them anonymously.

Does your monitoring agreement require you to tell employers, treating practitioners, etc. that you are in the program? Most agreements do. You might be able to ask your monitoring agent if you can apply and if you need to let the administration of the program know.
