I think if you have had A&P in the past, you'll have no issue passing the bigger exam. I took the exam yesterday after about a day of studying, and got a B. I looked over the content guide and refamiliarized myself with things I know I'm a bit rusty on (been teaching paramedics for the last few years, and I teach the A&P portion). I saw a recommendation to watch AnatomyGMC on youtube - I definitely second that recommendation as well as setting it to 1.25-1.5 speed, since she talks a bit slow.
Overall I thought the exam wasnt bad, and I could have easily had an A on it had I given myself a bit more time to study. The hardest topic for me was the cellular bio, which is where I lost the most points.
Good luck!
Thanks for the reply, Pixie! That's kinda what I'm thinking. How much time did you give yourself to prep for the test? What study materials did you find most helpful? I have a feeling I'm going to be on here a lot!!
A&P was my first exam, and I procrastinated because I felt like I could study forever and not be ready! Finally I paid for it and scheduled it, then studied diligently for about a month. Ended up with a B. :) I work best with deadlines, the only way to really get myself to focus and study was to schedule my exams! It worked well for the rest of the program, too.

I understand you can take one exam covering both A&P I and II or you can break them up in to 2 separate exams. Any thoughts or suggestions for best route? Just joined today. Would appreciate some updated info. Returning to school and a bit nervous. I've taken both of these already over 10 years ago and passed with an "A" in both. Unfortunately, I get to do it again...(Yay)
