I have a research paper due next Tues. have to use three medical journals with it and put it on powerpoint. I have never done this in my life (used powerpoint or read a journal) my instructor teaches med/surg and expects us to know how to read medical journals. My muscle lab test and lecture test is this coming Tues, cant seem to memorize the 60 muscles we have to know, they just dont click like the bones did.

Reading medical journals isn't that hard if you've never done it before. Just try to find the ones that simplify things a little more. Don't just take the first few that pop up on the search engine. Sometimes the most applicable articles are farther down the list onto the 3rd or 4th page. Once you read enough of them, you'll learn how to scan through them quickly and be able to read the more complicated ones.
Powerpoint is designed to be simple. Start with one of the templates, and go from there. All the formatting and stuff is very similar to using Microsoft Word. If in doubt, find a little kid to help you....they always know how. Plus, i'm sure theres another student somewhere that can help you.
Good Luck with your Muscles Test!
Thanks for the encouragement, alot of people on here only give me neg. comments back but there are others like yourself who are helpful. My muscle test was......not good. About 12 blanks out of 52 and I could not think of the zygomaticus muscle to save the life of me but that that was one I would never forget. Test anxiety I guess.
