A&P1 & 2

I passed both these classes at a community college but I felt it was too easy. Also, I don't feel I learned everything I needed to know. Do nurses actually need to know everything or mostly just the concepts. I hope ya'll understand what I'm trying to ask.

Yes a nurse needs to be aware of the general concepts outlined in A&P. But does a nurse need to know every single angle of every single bone? No way. If he/she does, then he'll/she'll be great at trivia parties. But anyway, by yourself an 'Anatomy and Physiology made easy' type book for refreshing yourself on main ideas. These books are sold at any good bookstore.

You probly absorbed more than you realize. Even if things arent those that you deal with each day in your work, you will recall some of the A&P involved and what you actually find you did forget you can look up. Most units have very large heavy reference books, just like those you used in school so you can refresh if you need to.
