*sits down. Crosses legs*

I've been treated like this, but when I was a CNA. But I was treated badly but by other CNAs. It was a horrible. Thank goodness the nurses were so nice to me and called them out on it. Eventually they warmed up to me. But it took weeks! I felt like quitting. They thought I was a little girl who didn't know what she was doing, little did they know I had been a CNA for YEARS. Longer than them and they were in their 50's. I was in my early 20's.

Once they saw I held my own and really didn't ask for help they backed off. I could never find anyone. They hid wash cloths and diapers, have me the hardest assignment with the heaviest people (I weigh 100 lbs soaking weight). But I stuck it out. They were upset to see me quit because they ended up really liking me.

Give it some time. I think some people just don't like newcomers.
