indian nurse can work in germany?

hello friends i am a male nurse from india. i am moving to berlin, germany to be with my partner. i can speak only a little german. is that possible for me to work in old age care home or special care centers with out speaking proper german? or as a private nurse?

i have 3 years experience in a multy specialty hospital, and can handle many instruments.
