Grant for a vacation to get married

I'm getting married this coming December (everything is settled: wedding caterers,ceremony,invitations,etc..) It just so happen that Saudi Aramco and King Khalid University Hospital phone me up to attend an interview for possible employment. I know these are respectable institutions since I've been to Saudi before. My fiancee is very supportive about this but I doubt if ever I get hired and be deployed in a few months, will the above mentioned hospitals would grant me to file an early vacation to get married? I believe that Saudi honors the right to get married and that because in my previous employer, the hospital grants my colleague to come home to the Philippines if they are getting married. I wonder if Saudi Aramco or KKUH will reconsider this. Any enlightenment regarding this matter will be highly appreciated.
