Course changes at WGU starting 1/1/13?

Does anyone know the changes that are being made to the courses starting 1/1/13? I've been told there won't be any course additions, but there will be changes made to the courses themselves.

Portfolio is just a compilation of your previous papers in the program, and you write up abstracts of those papers as well as a few statements about how wonderful you are - put them all in an online portfolio. Not hard, just a bit of work.

Leadership experience is a one unit class where you come up with a process/policy/etc you'd like to change at work and write a paper up on that - you need a manager or equivalent signature on this.
