Where should I request to do my Seattle-area practicum??

Hey all you lovely Seattle area nurses-

My school in Seattle just sent out a paper to turn in for our top choices on where to complete our senior practicum. We are supposed to list our top three specialties and top three hospitals. I really, really want to be a pediatric nurse and want to work at Seattle Children's when I graduate (I did my peds clinical there and LOVED it). I would appreciate any input, especially about which hospitals I should ask for in order to get the best pediatric experience possible, assuming I get assigned to peds as I hope to be. We can ask for any hospital as far north as Providence Everett, and as far south as Madigan Army Hospital (South of Tacoma). I was thinking about Mary Bridge in Tacoma, since it is another children's hospital, but I saw that it only has 68 beds. I was also thinking about Prov Everett, because it has pediatric care as well as a level 3 NICU, so whether I got assigned to peds or NICU there, I would be happy.

As I said, my ultimate goal is to become a new grad nurse at Seattle Children's, so I am trying to pick my top 3 with regard to increasing my chances of getting hired at Children's after graduation (in August).

So, my choices are, so far:

1. Peds

2. NICU

3. ???

1. Seattle Children's

2. ????

3. ????
