Hey that makes 3 of us! (rejected from Inova)
Well if you want the trifecta 1. academic 2.magnet 3. level 1 hosp then look to Inova or Medstar Washington. George Washington University Hospital is reputable as well. If your'e willing to go a little further out Johns Hopkins is an excellent hospital and is still rated #1 in the nation for many things.
Some info I heard from the graduating class of my school last year...
Medstar Washington pays more than Gtown (she said $4 more, shes currently on a medsurg unit)
Inova is hard to tap into, no idea why
and Virginia Hospital Center is a great Cardiovascular hospital also reputable (worth looking into)

Anyone else still have yet to hear? I'm kind of losing hope considering tomorrow's the last day of the business week

I and at least 10 people from med surg are sitting by our phones waiting to hear back. It's going to be a long Friday.

Hello all for those of you working at Georgetown, how do you like the facility. What is the starting rate for new grad? Is it a diverse place? Thank you

I start orientation at MedStar Georgetown tomorrow. Anyone have a clue as to what to study for the Medication Calculation Exam? Thanks in advance :)
I started as well. I don't have a clue about what to study as well
