Refresher course Virginia Beach

Anyone here in the Va Beach area that had taken some refresher course? Where can I take them? Is it worth it? I have been out of nursing since 2011. I've been google searching but I think it gives me limited information. Thanks!

I use to live in Chesapeake. Have you tried Tidewater Community College? Does Norfolk State offer any refresher courses?? Even though you have not been out very long you would have to check with the Va Board of Nursing to see what their requirements are for re-licensing. The acute care environment has changed a lot. I am just returning to it after working in sub-acute for the last 5 years. A refresher course might be a wise decision for you and it might actually be a requirement of the Va. Board of Nursing.
