We just graduated May 13th. Woohoo...! Many of my classmates already got job offer. My suggestion is working as tech in the hospital first. That's how most of them got job in the hospitals. You should apply for both, see how it goes, evaluate your situation. I don't want steer you in the wrong direction. I attended some GMU info session, the traditional and ABSN seem to be very competitive. If you could get in the 4 years program, and don't have much obligations, go for it.
