Inova Loudoun?

Does anyone know anything about Inova Loudoun? They say they have a higher retention rate than the rest of the Inova system and seem to have a tighter-knit group. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience or knows anyone with experience within the hospital(s).

I work for Inova Loudoun, but not at the main campus. Overall, my experience has been excellent. Was there a particular area/unit in which you were interested?

I work for one of the Inova hospitals and heard a lot of good things about Loundon. I was there for a class and this hospital is so beautiful!

What can I do to get into INOVA? I just got laid off and need to find a job!!! I am having a hard time finding anything. I only worked for one month so, I am still considered a new grad and I need a JOB

The best I can tell you is to apply and try to find someone in the hospital you can get to know. It seems that having someone officially refer me was best. Sorry about the situation you're in. I know it well. Best of luck.
