    I am thinking of relocating to the Northern VA, Fairfax County area and was wondering if anyone knows anything about working in Emergency nursing at Inova Fairfax or any of the other hospitals there. I have 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department at a Community Hospital. What is the starting rate for a nurse with 2 years experience and what are the working conditions?

    You might get more responses if you post this in the VA forum. However, as someone that lives in the area, I would encourage you to also look at DC hospitals. Depending where you are in NOVA the drive isn't bad, and some of them have significantly better pay/benefits.
