After years of searching, I finally found a recruiter I really liked.

Just found out he's switched jobs.

Wondering if any others out there have a great recruiter to recommend. You can PM me if you are willing to share details on your great recruiter.

So, apparently I do not have private messages enabled since I do not have enough posts.

If anyone knows of a good travel nurse company for dialysis jobs that would be good too. It does seem to me after speaking with many recruiters (although I have yet to take an assignment), that the recruiter is more important than the company.

The system allowed me to send you a pm. Maybe you can't send but can receive? Anywho my main company is Nursesrx. They are an American Mobile company. Surprisingly I have been able to negotiate some great contracts that have been better than contracts offered by smaller companies who I thought by reputation would offer more. I think it's the recruiter I have at Nursesrx. She's always able to throw in extra perks and bonuses to get my combined hourly up to where I want it to be.

Just talked to my recruiter to see how much they work with dialysis rns. She said they have a ton of needs.
