Info on Sharp Grossman in San Diego

I am considering a travel assignment to Sharp Grossmont Hospital in San Diego on their Tele/Stroke unit. Any info on conditions? Things I should check out (off the beaten track) if I do accept?

I was told by 1 travel agency that hospitals don't like when ur working with a few agencies.

Emerald pays more than AMN in San Diego. Figure San Diego you're paid in sunshine anyway. Might as well go with the one that pays the most.

I went out to Sharp Memorial with AMN. No less than 8 of us went over to Emerald after the 1st assignment. Look into it.

Don't take my word for it. Donna Kemp is the traveler liaison for Sharp Hospitals.

She will tell you ow it is and what's going on from the Sharp side. Give her a call.

I am not having any luck with travel agencies. I only have one year exp and of course that is not enough for some hospitals as a traveler. my husband is in san diego and I am so wanting to be there, whether is travel or not.

What do you guys recommend.

I was thinking of flying out end of july and just start looking and applying at Sharp or Scripps.
