Home Health Travel Assignment Interview???

What should I expect and what should I know?? Please provide as many questions/details as possible. Thanks so much in advance!

If your agency did a good job with your profile, they already want you and this is mostly a courtesy interview to lock you in. They may have some minor questions to see if you can handle their particular patient population and perhaps software familiarity. Occasionally some manager will launch a full fledged interview as if you were taking a staff position, but this is rare. "Where do you want to be in five years" really doesn't fit a temp candidate. This "interview" is more to present you with an opportunity to interview them! You can find lists of questions you might ask at traveler sites like PanTravelers, but especially for home health, I can't really think of any specific questions that will make or break a decision on your part.
