I am familiar with IV Certification Requirements in CO for LPN's. I would look at the FL Board of Nursing website for starters. Here in Co, we have a brief class to certify our LPNs; the class is given through a lot of public and private educational resources.

I think there may be additional or special CEU Requirements too. I needed those to work in NY and I believe FL had some also. I took those through Spectrum, online (easy and cheap).
