Thanks for the responses...I am looking to do travel nursing with my 2 year old girl at some point....wondered if anyone had done it. :)

I went out when my dd was 2. The hardest thing is to arrange childcare long distance. I called the hospital HR dept that I was considering and one of the girls in HR directed me to her personal caregiver. IT worked out very well. We still call her and talk to her and it has been 2 years now.

I travel with my son and hubb and we do great. No problems, and we homeschool. Wouldn't change a this way of life for nothing!

I was just wondering the same thing....IdahoNurse what does your hubby/son do? Does your hubby take care of your son while you're working?
