Does pay average out between companies?

My company pays very low, but I am housed alone with a high housing stipend. Do the companies that pay high also have high stipends? Does it all average out in the end? Just wondering if I should move on...

most companies give private housing always shop around when i first started traveling i was shocke to find i was making less than any travel nurse at the facility you live and learn they say not to let others know what your making and there is a reason for that the less you make the more your recruiter gets be careful and find a co you can trust that is fair and honest there are hundreds out there go shopping
