Does anyone have small kids and travel?

Hello everyone... I'm currently a Pre-nursing student and am very interested in Travel nursing sometime in the future...

On the other hand I would like to start a family as well...

MY question is... do you all know of anyone that travels with small kids...

My boyfriend is also a nursing student and I was thinking of trraveling along with him and staying home with the baby... What do you think?

Wow Atona,
That sounds adventurous! Does your hus watch the kids while you work, do you homeschool the older ones? I would love to do something like this! Do you have a home base to back to? what is your typical length of time? Sorry for all the questions, but I didn't know this was possible with a family

My husband does babysit. He had a part time job during one assignment that worked around my schedule. My 15 yo is homeschooled. My 13 yo was homeschooled but this assignment she is in public school. Not sure what I will do with her next year. Depends on the school system where we are assigned next. She says she would rather switch schools all the time than get home taught.

I've only been traveling a year and a half. My first assignment was three months. Then five mths. I signed on for this assignment for one year.

You can ask me anything, I don't mind.

thats very encouraging to hear...

I think it would work out great so that way I could stay home with the baby and get to see the country as well...
