Car Damaged While Driving To Or From An Assignment?

Hello All,

Did anyone of you ever sustain damage to your vehicle while driving to or from an assignment? On Friday while driving to my assignment, there was a huge piece of steel cable lying on I -20 W and no one knew it was there until it was too late. Thank God there were no wrecks but I did sustain damage to my new 2012 Honda. The tire got torn and the rim got bent but by the grace of God we arrived safely at our destination. I quickly wrote down the mile markers where it happened and I also got the license plate # of the driver in front. I called the State's board of transportation and they will be sending out a claim form. I will keep you all posted on the results.

We will see as the lady I spoke with stated this morning that she will send me a claim form. If they don't pay, good. However if they do great!!!
