The bigger NICUs with more specialty areas actually want more than the two years of experience.
Come back and post after you have been working there for about two to three months and see how you feel. There is just so much for you to learn, you will be quite surprised at all that you will learn as well as be expected to know. It won't make any sense until you really get started with full-time work in the area.
Look at the orientation that you will be getting, then think of walking into a place and be expected to hit the floor running, perhaps getting a day or two to orient to where things are, and possible their computer system, but that is it.
Just pretend that you are a sponge when you get started and try to absorb every single thing that you can.
