Pay Rates in Texas - Is that with benefits

I was reading Pay Rates in Texas for Nurses.

For those whom answered.

Is that payrate for hourly contract workers whom will get a 1099 at the end of the year.

Is the for employees whom will recieve a w-2 at the end of the year.

Nurses that work in hospitals get W-2 as the employee of the facility. In order to get the 1099 one must be a corporation. They cannot get it just as being an independent contractor.

And without an orientation in the US in a hospital here, they would not get hired.

Any rates that are discussed here are for hourly employees with a W-2.

Again, it is going to vary drastically via cities as well as experience of the nurse and any coming over from the Philippines are normally going to be starting at new grad salaries.

She for sure is a new grad with no actual work experience of any kind.

She just turned 20 amd graduated with her Bachelor in Nursing.

Hopefully we can have her NCLEX/RN passed with in a few months.
