Need Advice ASAP: Baylor Dallas or Presby Plano?

Baylor - $32 an hour, $6 call pay, 35 mile drive each way, $10 toll a day, 3 12's so I miss traffic. Health Benefits are terrible (IMO)

THR Presby Plano - $30 an hour, $2,000 sign on, $2 call pay, 15 miles each way, probably $5 bucks a day tolls. 4 10s or 2 8s/ 2 12s. Health Benefits look pretty damn good.

Where would you choose to work? Need to choose ASAP.

Benefits always count for a lot in this consideration. What's the total package? Yes one or the other pays well but how much will you be paying for health insurance and the various other benefits? I know some hospitals pay really well but their people pay an arm and a leg for health coverage, and the retirement was dog crap. So honestly, for me, where I work comes down to total pay, what I would pay for benefits, and what I would pay or sacrifice to work there. The highest paying place isn't always the best. How are they taking care of you and your family?
