Did anyone apply for this program-- has anyone heard back? What is the interview process like (how many are there)?

Congrats! They called me today to schedule a phone interview with the ICU dept since I'm from out of state. Any tips?

Well I'm sure each department has it's own type of questions to ask. The most "interviewy" questions I got were "Tell me about a time you had someone in a group that wasn't pulling there weight?" "Also why did you choose Kingwood hospital". Other than that it was questions about my past work experiences. However, the girl that went ahead of me said they asked questions like "How would you handle an aggressive doctor?" and they didn't ask me that question.

I applied a while back and got a e-mail asking to choose 3 units I would be interested in that was on 5/9 and haven't heard anything since. Does anyone know if they are still trying to start the new grad program june 24th and what units they have been calling so far?

They've been calling for phone screens and interviews for a couple weeks. And made offers for some departments. ICU and med surg.
