Good College for ADN with dorms?

U.S.A. Texas

This may sound dumb, but I talked it over with my family and I think the best thing to do after I knock out my pre-req classes is to go off to another town for their ADN program. I think this would be best. I want to be a part of a good nursing program and stay at a school with half-ass decent dorms. Ive toured my towns and kilgores, and they were awful. I cant see myself living there 4 semesters. I was looking at North Central Texas College, it looked like it might be nice.

Thoughts anyone?

Angelo State University might still operate an ADN program. Other schools with dorms and ADN programs include Houston Baptist University, Lamar University, and St. Philips' College.

Just a note - St. Philip's College doesn't actually have dorms. It is part of the Alamo Colleges in San Antonio. They have some apartment-ish housing that is intended for students. I believe they are near the main campus of San Antonio College - who also has an ADN program.

Have you considered Blinn College? They have a really nice campus in Brenham with all the traditional 'stuff', including dorms.

Looked into all of those, and I think blinn in brenham is exactly what I'm looking for! Im still open for suggestions, as I have a long way to go til I start the ADN program.
