    I'm a new nursing student, but have decided to start my NCLEX fund early. I know the testing fee is $200, but does anyone know if there is a fee for the initial application to the TN Board of Nursing? I've heard in many places it can be up to $200.

    well some places its almost $400 not just 200. check out Arizona fees.

    Send the state $115 check.
    $30 license verification
    Fingerprints cost me $15
    Background check $42
    Pass port photo $11
    Notary service $8
    Mailing the items $25
    total $245
