U.S. News CRNA Program Rankings?

Nursing Students SRNA

Published

The last program rankings for CRNA programs by U.S. News and World Report came out in 2003. Does anyone know when the next one might be? Yes, I know they are very subjective. And, yes, I know that the only thing that matters years from now after graduating is that you passed boards and can write "CRNA" after your name. In the meantime I'm just curious how others view their own programs.

They actually released new rankings this year. The rankings are about the same as they have always been. Don't read too much into it. Pass rates on boards are usually a pretty good indicator of the strength of the program.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. The CRNA ranking are complete nonsense - unless my school comes in #1 and then they are wildly accurate.

The consensus seems to be that your job opportunities are not affect by where one goes to school, so pass rates on the certification test would tend to be an important consideration.

I couldn’t find pass rate data on the AANA website and I thought this informational URL should be available to all. Anyone have it?
