Houston Medical Center parking

Okay, so now that I know I'm going to Baylor, I'll have LOTS of questions for everyone who is already enrolled. So lets start with a few of the MOST important ones. . .

WHERE DO YOU PARK?

Or, in a related question, how much does it cost to do 'contract' parking and is it worth it?

I'm still not sure where I'll be living. If I'm close to the rail, I might just ride in on that (Ooo, just like in the wild west movies!). However, I have the feeling at some point my need for convenience --so as to maximize study and sleep time-- will outweigh my desire to save money.

Congrats. I just got accepted as well. Parking is always a bear in the med center. It cost $12 a day to park in the garages. I'm not sure about contract parking, but I think it's still pretty expensive.

I'm hoping contract parking will come out to "less" than $12 a day. I need to call the parking people --think I can find that from the post before yours (thanks for postin that, whoever you are)-- and see if there are any restrictions. Like if I park there in the morning and stay super late studying will that be a problem.

Sooo, congrats to all you, um, us, Baylor people! I'm trying to ride the high of acceptance as long as possible and keep the "holy cow what have I gotten into?" feelings at bay until the last minute I was freaking out because uthsc houston turned me down and I just KNEW I didn't have a chance at Baylor. Guess I was wrong. YAY for being wrong!

Did anybody else have either neutral/not so good feeling after interview?
