Most diverse MSN track??

I have decided to return to school for my MSN. The problem is I'm not exactly sure what I want to do. I work in women's care now but I don't want to be limited to it. I am planning for NP, but haven't ruled out CNS or management. I am thinking a track on FNP would be my best option to consider a variety of jobs when I finish? Or is it important to decide now what I want to do?

Since they are all masters degrees could I work in any area if I go the NP track?

Look into the MSN focus of Clinical Nurse Leader. It does not pidgeon hole you into a silo of care, as you can practice in any Microsystem (inpatient or outpatient).

If you wish to return for a focus of care, you can complete a PMC. (Post Masters Certificate).

I think FNP is good. You can add onto it, teach, take a couple of education classes and get a cert, take a couple of admin classes and get a cert, or add on additional NP certs. It seems theost general to me. Here, CNS does what people call CNL which I've only seen tale of on this forum.

I'm a tenure track professor with a brand spanking new CNL. ;)
