Jacksonville University FNP Fall 2016

Hello Current JU FNP Students,

I am considering JU's FNP program for Fall 2016. I work fulltime as an RN in Public Health, so I am setting my sights on the part-time curriculum. What I wanted to know is will students have to go to class all week? Are most of the classes in the morning, or in the afternoon/evening etc.? Are students required to take exams online, or in the classroom? Lastly, do you feel that you are getting a lot of support from faculty, when it comes to finding preceptors? Any info that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks:)

Hi, I applied for the JU FNP program for the Fall of 2016. I interviewed in March, still waiting on a response. Do you know if they send responses via email or a letter? Have you heard in anything with regards to your application?

Hello,

I was asked to interview as well, but I got accepted at Florida Atlantic University (my first choice), so I will go there. Good luck to you!

Did you get accepted??

I declined my interview and told them that I accepted admission to my first school.

I applied as well and interviewed in March. I was told notification will happen by mail around April 15-18th.

good luck

Good luck to us!! Keep me posted!

I sent an email to the SON, she said they would make decisions by the middle of the month, which is April 15th. She also said the notification process would be by email. I'm on pins and needles waiting.

Anybody heard anything? I'm on edge! Lol [emoji16]
