I need one class not offered to graduate!

Due to budget cuts in my state (state school) they are saying that I cannot graduate from my NP program. This class is only offered once a year. It was previously offered. Has anyone had any problems getting the classes that they need? I am going to try to take it somewhere else and transfer it in but do not know if they will allow it. I am frustrated after paying tuition that classes are not being offered. BTW, this is an online class!
