Could someone explain to me what are Typhon logs?

I am a NP student about to begin my third and final year of school. I have just finished reading a few requirements for my fall class which will require Typhon logs. Forgive my ignorance, but I have never heard of them. Would someone be able to inform me as to what they are and entail? Thank you.

My NP program used the typhon logs. Essentially its a web-based system to track clinical hours, patients, ICD-9 codes, and procedures. My program had a grant that paid for the software for each student and used it as a way to validate your clinical time.
