Advice on finding FNP preceptor MN or WI

Hello all!

I am getting ready to start my second semester in the MSN FNP distance learning program. I was just curious if anyone has any tips as to how to obtain a preceptor. I am looking for a preceptor for summer 2013. I have tried contacting clinics and joined the state NP association hoping to connect with a NP there.

My program allows NP's, MD, DO, and masters prepared PA's. I need a women's health, and/or adult/geriatric rotation.

Has anyone tried preceptorconnect.com? I am so curious if they are a legit company.

Any suggestions as to how I can be more successful with my search would be appreciated!!!
