ARC~Would you be my hero?

I just had a rep from the American Red Cross blood services in my office to ask about our school being involved in the "Would you be my hero?" progam. Has anyone else done this in your school? Did it go well? What all was involved in startig the program? How did you get your teachers excited about it?

From the information it sounds like a great program. I sent the information to our teachers, but have only had one response as to interest in the program :o . I know it is the end of the year so I am hoping they are all just busy right now and will get back with me soon, that way I can start planning this over the summer. :)
