Need some advice: Which Career Path?

hello! I am a registered nurse and physical therapist in my home country. I passed NCLEX-RN last week. I am wondering right now what career path should I be in as nurse. I'm thinking to be close to my first profession which is physical therapy. What is the probability of being hired as a physical rehabilitation nurse in the US? Is there a demand for such specialization in nursing there? What are the requirements to practice rehab nursing in the USA or in your state? I am also planning to get PT board in the US only when I get there. I just hope I can practice both professions because I have sacrificed a lot to acquire both.

Any advice or comment which nursing areas should I focus on considering my experience in physical rehabilitation will be greatly appreciated.
