Iam a nursing student and I need to interview a public health or community health nurse. If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it. I can email you the questions I need answered

  • How long have you been in Public Health?
  • How have you improved the health of your community? How do you know?
  • What are you most proud of in your role of community health/public health nursing?
  • Describe a typical work day.
  • Any other question you see appropriate.
Challenges at Work
  • What are the major barriers?
  • What is the busiest time of the year, and why?
  • What is your role in disasters?
  • How do you promote health?
  • How do you prevent illnesses? What preventive services are available on primary, secondary and tertiary levels of care? (Ex: Communicable diseases, chronic problems, etc.)
