How do I claim for billing?

I know, it's such a basic yet stupid question, but I would really appreciate your help.

I'm a RN who just started working as a private duty nurse.

I have NPI #, provider #, EPIN, ePACES ID & Password all set up, but I really cannot find a way to claim for billing. I know, I am not that bright in this matter.

My family that I work with don't know anything about billing, she told me to call her medical advocate, but of course she is not answering or returning my phone calls for three days already. WTH?

I called medicaid and of course they said, they can't help me through at this point cause of the amount of calls they get, but they said they would have someone call me back, but of course that didn't happen.


I tried to search this topic in this forum, but it seems like I'm the only one who's having trouble with billing!



I don't expect to get every single step of answers here, but if any of you know a website or web address that explains billing process, could you please post it for me?
