What to do now?

I got accepted into nursing school. And I received a letter from the State Board Of Nursing saying that I couldn't start clinical because I was under investigation. I do have 2 theft charges on my record and a domestic violence charge. But the domestic violence charge was a complete misunderstanding and all the charges were dropped. The first theft charge was dismissed and the second was amended to a traffic violation. Since then I have change my lifestyle. What usually happens after this? And can I go to class but just not to clinical s?
