Questions about GPA requirementsRegister Today!
- by jade5elizabeth Oct 10, '12I am considering applying to an accelerated nursing program in fall 2013. I received my B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with only a 2.0 GPA. I will be finished with my M.S. in Biochemistry this December with a 3.2 GPA. Will my undergrad GPA keep me from being admitted or will they consider my grad school GPA?

You would need to check with the admissions committee/department for your chosen school to get the applicable answers. I am guessing it also depends on what classes you got the lower grades in....and whether your chosen school permits you to retake courses for a better grade.
