Computer Proficiency Test help

Hi all,

So I'm planning to apply to HBU's nursing school, but before I can apply I have to pass this Computer Proficiency Test that deals with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Has anyone ever taken this kind of exam? I'm not really sure how or what to study for this. I've heard that it's actually a bit difficult, because it docks off points for every wrong click.

I have been trying to reach the school about getting a key from this Microsoft academy website that is supposed to help review, but I do not have school username/password to submit a ticket to their IT services to get one. So hopefully the school emails me back about that.
