Carrington for an RN degree vs. waiting for to get into a comm college?

Nursing Students Pre-Nursing

I was wondering if anyone had any insight into whether it is worth it to go to Carrington College CA through their LPN and then the bridge to RN program which costs about $70,000 or if I should just wait it out to get into a community college? The wait can be several years to get into a comm college and I can start carrington right away. Carrington requires you to get a job as a LVN before you can start their bridge program and it doesn't sound like it is very easy to get a job as an LVN so I am concerned about spending all the money and then not being able to get into the bridge right away. HELP! I am in the Sacramento area if that helps.

I can give you seventy thousand reasons not to go there. That is hugely expensive. So you are not a nurse at all yet? Don't mess with these schools. They are expensive, they lie to their students, and most are not accredited so you won't be able to get a job afterwards. Then you will owe over 70k for a useless degree. Your credits won't transfer so you won't be able to get your BSN. Just stay away from these places. They are bad news.

Idk anything about any of these schools you are posting but with that price tag helllllll noooooooooo
