1 semester down...3 to go

So I only have one final left of my first semester of college (and prereqs)

This semester turned out to be totally different than what I was planning, you see because I'm a freshman with no academic priority I didn't get into any of the classes I wanted, I was only able to get one prerequisite. I began the semester discouraged and frustrated because I wasn't being taught anything relevent to my major. Sitting in Dramatic Lit class with a room full of theater majors is kind of...odd. but I learner a lot about people, a lot about college, and a lot about perserverance.

I wouldn't change this semester for anything.

So I hope this is encouraging to some of you who are unable to get your classes or are discouraged with the ones you have, keel an open mind and learn as much as you can. :-)

I had the same thing happen to me my first 2 semesters. Couldn't get into my science classes, so now I'm 2 semesters behind. :( you're right though! I wouldn't change it either. Thanks! I don't feel so alone now!
