Hi,

I am planning to apply to the 2014 AE MSN program, at UT Austin, in August. I noticed that this site has A LOT of helpful feedback. Does anyone have any suggestions for the best preparations when applying to these competitive programs? My GPA is a 3.6, I have a BS in Health Science, I have worked in health care administration for 14 years and I am ready for a change. I just want to feel confident about my application and would appreciate any advice.

We will probably not hear anything back until the first week of December. When my friend applied last year, she said they got their notifications for first round of interviews around Dec 6 or 7th. Final decision are not made until February :/

Man that's a long time to wait! Hopefully since they moved the application deadline a month ahead this year the interviews will be moved ahead as well...

Ugh if I don't get accepted, I'm just going to do an LVN program and then reapply to UT for their 2 year masters program.

Hi everyone! I'm also a new member, applied for the ae-msn program as well (Holistic adult health). I was also asked for my SSN but so far that has been it. I attended UT-Austin for my BA & heard great things about this program. Best of fortune to everyone!!

Does anyone know the process to submit current transcripts gor this semester after it ends? Or is that contingent upon an interview?
