These schools all have relatively new online versions of their PhD programs. Does anyone have any experience with them?

Nope, but you can also add Univ of Hawaii and Arizona's nursing Ph.D. programs.

Thanks, the reason I am not interested in Arizona is that they require a full-time course of study with a once yearly seminar on campus that may not fit in my schedule.

The three that I mentioned are the ones I am specifically curious about.

Thank you for the reply but, the introduced their online only version just last year.

edite to add: the above statement is incorrect, the correct information is that Duke only introduced their PhD program this year and it is not online

That is interesting. The website specifically states that no online PhD classes are offered. Where is your info from?

Thank you as I see it you are right! It isn't that their "online" program is new it is that the entire PhD program is.

That's interesting, I go to Duke and this is the first year they are offering it. As to it being online, I can not speak to that, not my program. I just checked the web site, no online program, all onsite. Strike Duke off the online list for PhD.
