Does anyone use Marsh for liability coverage?

I have had their policy for years, but never had to use it. (Knock on wood.)

Perhaps the reason the "student" policy is so cheap is that it is designed for beginner-level students who are always under the supervision of someone else who can be sued. It may not be desgned for graduate students who may not be as closely supervised during their practicums. That would be consistent with what heartnurse2be wrote.

Perhaps you should consider going in at a "higher level" as you will not be functioning as a beginner-level nursing student. You might want to call them about that.

Does anyone use Marsh for their liability coverage? I'm trying to get a quote from them for NP student coverage and it was $92 for 3 years - but that seems outrageous, considering the $150-300 annual quotes I received from the others (NSO and CMF group). I find student coverage, 'other' student coverage, nurse coverage - but not specifically NP student coverage. Can anyone share their experience with this company?
