Clinical Nurse Leader Graduates - Direct Entry - Help please

I have applied for a direct entry masters program. At the end of the program, I will be eligible to sit for NCLEX and CNL. Since CNL is a relatively new program, I am unable to find a lot of information on it. For those of you who are currently in a CNL program or are Clinical Nurse Leaders, can you share some information? I am looking to find out the following:

  1. Wat kind of jobs did you land with
  2. How was the program
  3. What do you feel the outlook for CNL is
  4. The salary
I really appreciate your help. I am very excited about the program itself, but would like to know more about a Clinical Nurse leader role.

I know that there are a bunch of older threads here about the CNL role that you may want to review. You could find them with the "search" function in the upper right corner of the screen.
