It seems like some people have been emailed about their status (both those who got the scholarship and those who didn't), while others have not heard anything. I think it's a good idea to contact financial aid about your status if you haven't received word about it by now.

    Greeneggs, I did apply for the Accelerated Nursing Scholarship. Hopefully we'll find out about it tomorrow like they said we will! Even with the aid, Penn is so expensive...if I end up attending Penn, taking out private loans is unavoidable. Best of luck to everyone in finding a way to finance our educations!

    I heard back from the accelerated nursing scholarship at 7:30 EST.

    I heard back 6:30EST. Does anybody know what the average award amount is for the ANS? it really seems like they awarded many students!

    Oh, strange. I guess not everyone got the same amount. I wonder how they decided. I'm so thankful- anything helps when the tuition is this large.
